رئیس کمیته بودجه و نظارت مالی شورای شهر تهران نسبت تامین روشنائی معابر تهران در شب واکنش نشان داد.
مجید فراهانی روز یکشنبه در یکصد و نود و سومین جلسه علنی شورای شهر تهران در خصوص توجه به تامین روشنائی معابر پایتخت در شب واکنش نشان داد. و از بهم ریختن چهره شب پایتخت گفت. ایشان«خاموشی چراغهای روشنایی را در خور پایتخت ندانست.» متن کامل را می توانید از اینجا بخوانید.
شرکت توزیع نیروی برق تهران بزرگ نیز جوابیه ای در خور این اعتراض در وبسایت خود منتشر کرد. در این جوابیه آمده
وسعت مجموعه روشنایی شهر تهران با ۳۷۶۱۷۲ دستگاه چراغ و ۱۰۲۹۶ کیلومتر شبکه، چندین برابر سایر کلان شهرهای کشور است.
سنجش میزان روشنایی در سطح معابر، تعویض چراغ و لامپ های معیوب، شستشوی حباب و رنگ آمیزی و تعمیر پایه ها از جمله فعالیت هایی است که به شکل روزانه به منظور تامین روشنایی پایتخت در حال انجام است و ۱۵۰ نفر از کارکنان این شرکت در قالب ۶۶ تیم عملیاتی در سطح مناطق ۲۲ گانه، به شکل شبانه روز مسئولیت رصد و پایش وضعیت روشنایی تمامی معابر اعم از بزرگراه ها، خیابان های اصلی و فرعی و کوچه ها را بر عهده دارند و همزمان وضعیت روشنایی پایتخت به صورت پیوسته در سامانه های نرم افزاری و داشبورد مدیریتی این شرکت نیز رصد می شود.

بنظر میرسد چیزی که اعتراض این عضو شورای شهر را برانگیخته و او را ناچارا به اشتباه انداخته است عدم وجود و التزام به نقشه نورپردازی جامع شهری است که باعث ایجاد اغتشاشات بصری در حوزه روشنایی شده است. اتلاف انرژی شدید در بیلبوردهای تبلیغاتی، نورپردازی درختان، تضاد رنگی و اختلاف روشنایی رو و زیر پل ها، تداخل نورپردازی فضاهای شهری با محوریت شهرداری تهران و تامین روشنایی معابر با محوریت شرکت توزیع برق همگی نشانه هایی از عدم وجود مدیریت یکپارچه در حوزه روشنایی شهر تهران دارد که این خود عامل مشکلات متعدد از جمله کاهش امنیت شهرنشینان شده است.
متاسفانه نورپردازی فضاهای شهری خارج از معابر مانند پارکها و فضاهای تفریحی و پل ها و … در بیشتر مواقع سلیقه ای و بدور از مطالعه جامع شکل میگیرد تا جایی که عمدتا موجب بوجود کنتراس بالا، گره های تاریکی و نقاط جرم خیزی شده است.
